The Location:
Coconut Coast Studio
suites are located on a quiet dead end
street on the outskirts of Cruz Bay.
Walking distance into the heart of Cruz
Bay along a walking path around a
designated bird sanctuary and along the
waterfront.
These
studio suites are all waterfront on a
pebble beach located on Turner Bay. One
of the few accommodations on St John
that is within walking distance of town,
waterfront and affordable all while
being able to fall asleep to the sounds
of the waves breaking against the shore.

The Views:
On the oceanside of
the studios
there are beautiful ocean views that stretch for miles ,
On a clear day you can see St Croix. On
the other side of the studios are views
of the designated bird sanctuary that
often contain Egrets, ducks and other
species of birds.
The
Villa:
These Studios
suites are located within 2 buildings that
house 9 units (7 units are studio suites
/ 2 units are two-bedrooms. SEE OUR
TWO-BEDROOM SUITES).
Each studio suite has a waterfront
balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea as
well as a full kitchenette that contains
all of your essentials for eating in.
Each studio suite also has A/C and cable
TV.
There is a shared
pool and shared hot tub on the property
only steps from the ocean. The beach in
front offers children a place to search
for sea cucumbers, brittle stars and
hermit crabs, as well as a place for a
quick dip after a fun day sightseeing.
While the beach in front has great
snorkeling it is for a more advanced
snorkeler as the current can be strong. |
