Surfside enjoys a pristine
location on the very edge of the undeveloped
National Park lands at Reef Bay.
The tranquilizing and unspoiled
views from Surfside include the turquoise seas
and the jade green forests of the south shore
National Park.
This is the closest villa to the
beach at Reef Bay and it's an easy walk on
a private path to an often-deserted white sand
beach that offers snorkeling, swimming and beach
combing.
There are only 4 homes on this
hard-to-find road to the beach, and this
contributes to a very peaceful and quiet site
that is blessed with great natural beauty.
It's a 4-mile drive into Cruz
Bay, part of which is on a dirt road that
discourages tourists from discovering this
wonderful and still secret location.
Surfside is built on a sloping
hillside, and its pretty design uses 3 levels to
create a feeling of privacy and comfort for up
to 6 persons.
The living, dining and kitchen
areas plus a bedroom/bath are on the main
(entrance) level, the pool, sun deck, hot tub
and 2nd bedroom/bath are on the lower level and
a 3rd bedroom and bath are located on the upper
level.
All 3 bedrooms are similar in
size and furnishings and all offer good privacy
and great ocean views. The bedroom on the main
level (queen bed) has a/c and French doors that
open to a small deck.
The upper bedroom (king) is
accessed by interior stairs and also has a/c and
a small deck. The lower level bedroom (king with
a/c) is off the pool deck and is accessed by an
exterior stairway.
Each bedroom has an attractive
adjoining tiled bath and shower.
The cathedral ceilings, rose
tiled floors and rattan furniture create a
tropical atmosphere in the intimate living area.
A stereo/cassette/CD player,
cable color TV/VCR, plus a DVD player supply the
electronic entertainment. The teak dining table
off the kitchen seats 6 and the tiled kitchen is
equipped with a 4 burner gas stove and oven,
refrigerator, D/W and all cooking and dining
accessories. A washer/dryer and gas barbecue
grill are located on the lower level.
Surfside offers a bit of
everything that goes into a delightful vacation
home.
Start with a 14' x 20' pool, a
cozy hot tub, a/c in all bedrooms, an attractive
interior décor and great views. Then add a very
quiet, unspoiled and romantic setting on a dead
end road that runs along the southern edge of
the USVI National Park.
Also add in a 3 - 5 minute walk
on a nature path to one of St. John's most
private National Park beaches. Don't overlook
the refreshing ocean breezes, all day sun, and
the peaceful background music of waves breaking
on the beach.
This charming villa and its'
romantic location are perfect for honeymooners
and lovers. This is also an excellent choice for
families with beach loving kids, and for nature
lovers who want to experience earth, sun and sky
in a pristine waterfront setting.
