Villa Rendezvous is an
extraordinary waterfront home with air
conditioning throughout and direct access to
snorkeling from the property. The great room
opens onto a large pool deck and oversized pool
via a series of sliding glass doors. These doors
can be completely recessed, so you can
seamlessly enjoy both indoor and outdoor living

Built in 1994 and remodeled in
2004, Villa Rendezvous is perched over the
waters of Klein Bay within Rendezvous Bay.
Perfect for the ultimate getaway, this beautiful
villa easily lives up to its namesake.
The air conditioned Great Room is
spectacular. The south wall is lined with
sliding glass doors that open on to the pool
area and sundeck. These doors can be hidden in
the wall for an open air living area.
The living room contains
whimsical wicker and rattan-upholstered
furniture. It possesses a 34-inch cable TV with
a VCR, and a Stereo System with both cassette
and CD players.
Villa Rendezvous has both
interior and exterior dining areas for your
ever-changing mood. The interior table can
comfortably seat 6-8 people, while the two
exterior tables each seat 4-6 people.
This pristine waterfront villa
boasts expansive sea views, a large centerpiece
pool deck and direct access to snorkeling via a
garden path.
The Atlantis Room has a king size
bed plus a queen size sofa bed. This upper right
master bedroom’s private tiled bath also
contains a whirlpool tub. As with all the
bedrooms at Villa Rendezvous, there is air
conditioning and a color TV and VCR.
The Atlantis Room opens onto the
beautifully re-tiled sundeck, and has a gorgeous
water view.
The upper sundeck was re-tiled in
2004, and a child safe railing was added. The
new stone walls and landscaping enhance this
already ostentatious villa.
The Sakura Room has a spacious
king size bed. This upper left master bedroom
has its own private tiled bath, air
conditioning, and a color TV and VCR.
Villa Rendezvous faces south and
relishes in sea breezes and sun the whole day.
The flat grassy lawn, edged with bougainvillea,
compliments the picturesque waters below.
Newly added private tiled and
landscaped patios are just perfect for quiet
morning reflections or peaceful sunbathing.
The Serengeti Room has two king
size beds and sleeps four. As with all the
bedrooms, this lower left master bedroom has its
own private tiled bath, air conditioning, and a
color TV and VCR.
Two interior spiral staircases,
as well as a tiled exterior stairway, can access
both lower bedrooms. The lower rooms also each
have their own private patios for quiet times in
the sunshine or moonlight and star shine.
The Island Room has a king size
bed plus a chair that is large enough to sleep
one. This lower right master bedroom has its own
private tiled bath, air conditioning, and a
color TV and VCR.
The oversized 41 X 14 X 5 ft. (at
the deep end) pool will keep you cool on our
amazingly sunny Caribbean days.
As its name suggests, Villa
Rendezvous is a distinctly different kind of
getaway. It will leave you with magnificent
memories of your rendezvous here on the stunning
