A screened-in dining and relaxation area is accessible from both the living room and the back porch area.

Two bedrooms are located on this floor, each with its own bathroom, and with ceiling fans to complement the constant trade breezes and the air conditioning in each bedroom.

The light and airy bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living area, to maximize privacy for everyone.

Each bathroom is cheerful and light, with large mirrors and tile counters.

The wide back deck ensures there is aways a shady spot to relax and enjoy the expansive views. A few short steps lead down to the pool and spa area.
